Press Release

Free Inservice Hours!
By M. Burroughs

SACS has arranged for a 1-Day FLOCS training to take place here in Lakeland at the FLOCS office on July 26 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (lunch provided). This training is FREE and is designed to help FLOCS/SACS accredited schools become familiar with SACS as well as to orient everyone to the new FLOCS/SACS standards. This informational meeting will be essential to understand future accreditation visits with the new protocol. Please RSVP for this meeting by clicking the link below. This will help us plan for lunch.

In addition, on July 27 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., SACS will hold a FREE 1/2-day training event for FLOCS members who desire to serve as an accreditation chair. We encourage all current FLOCS accreditation chairs to attend this valuable training. If you have not served on a team, or as a chair, please feel free to come out and be trained by some of the most knowledgeable accreditors in the industry.

We are confident that the SACS meetings will be some of the most informative meetings you can attend. Anyone attending these meetings will recieve 12 hours of inservice (1.2 CEUs) that can be used for license renewal and it will NOT COST YOU A DIME!
