Schools who enroll children in Kindergarten through grade 12, or any combination of such grade levels, must generally submit the following documents for membership*:
- Submission of Membership Application
- Submission of Documentation verifying state registration
- Submission of Membership Fees

Candidates for Membership are schools that meet basic membership criteria, but have not yet gone through the FLOCS evaluation/accreditation procedure.
