The Florida League of Christian Schools is under the direct supervision of the District Executive Secretary for the Peninsular Florida District Council, Steve Powell. The Florida League of Christian Schools is governed by a Leadership board comprised of the following:

The executive officers of FLOCS are the President, Vice President, and the Secretary/Treasurer. Each year in November, the voting constituency of FLOCS, comprised of administrators and directors, elects or ratifies the executive officers of FLOCS by vote. The vote is conducted during the officially called Administrators Meeting held during the Annual State Educators Conference.
